A1 Carpet is great because Kevin and Alex really take care of you. There was an issue with our order of hardwood flooring and Kevin and Alex did everything they could to make sure it was corrected. If you’re going to buy flooring in Thousand Oaks, look no further than A1, and you’ll be taken care of and given the best price possible.Buying, ordering, and installing flooring can be difficult and stressful, but go to A1 and it’ll be easier much easier.
Worked with A1 on two separate occasions for flooring upgrades to our home. They were very helpful and were able to provide many options to work with my budget when many other places couldn’t. We did carpet upgrade on our stairs and on two occasions did really dark laminate wood upstairs and downstairs. Install was quality and turnaround was quick. Highly recommend. Will use again for future needs and will most definitely recommend with full confidence!
Re-carpeted our house about a year ago. We also got new vinyl in a bathroom. Travis was very helpful in helping us pick out carpet and getting installation scheduled. Installation happened about a week after we placed our order. It took less than a day for 1,200 feet of carpet plus vinyl to be installed. They made one mistake where they forgot to cut out a piece of carpet for the gas valve for fireplace. But we called and they sent somebody to fix it within a few days.
